
If you withdraw 5 business days before the first class session you will receive a 100% tuition refund. After the second class session no refunds or credits will be granted.

If you are withdrawing after the first session but before the second, then they are eligible for an E Voucher for 75% of the tuition fee. If you withdraw 5 business days before the first class session you will receive a 100% tuition refund. Requests sent by mail will be considered by the date they are postmarked. Refunds are granted if your written request to withdraw is received by our office as per schedule. Upon completion of this course, students should be qualified to take the test for the Mastercam Design and Mill Certificate at the Associate level.

Mastercam’s comprehensive set of predefined toolpaths-including contour, drill, pocketing, face, peel mill, engraving, surface high speed, advanced multiaxis, and many more-enable efficient and accurate production. Participants will also gain hands-on experience using a plasma cutter and Haas CNC milling machines in the machine shop of Cooper Union’s Engineering School. Engineers, machinists and architects can create and cut parts using one of many supplied machine and control definitions, or use advanced tools to create customized definitions. This course introduces participants to one of the most powerful elements of the digital fabrication revolution: CNC milling with state-of-the artmachinery and software. Participants are introduced to Mastercam, asuite of powerful CAD-based tools designed for NC programming.
